I am absolutly sure that Mutant is clean. About your case - try fresh cfg with different name and cd-key, or even fresh q3 
. When i saw him trying to join i didnt see any message with reason of drops, so cant help much.

I meant noghost bug, he dropped in noghost with this bug and you can do the same.

As i already said to mutant, i rushed with conclusion that he cheats without making a detailed examination of his drops, but now just for the record, i don't think that he cheats, but on contrary i think he is a cool dude, adding here his maturity in a way he speaks and responds to accusations to people, so yeah i think he is legit.

So, today I finally solved the mystery.
It was the CD key scenario, as some of you had guessed.
Turns out I didn't have a CD key at all, shows how long I've been away from the 1.32 scene.
So big thanks to Trinity, Loxo and others for the help.
And it's good to see these cheat accusations finally getting put to rest.
Look out ERA server, for a mutant lurks, creeping around corners and creating new limbs while submerged in Deva Station slime.
