Believe it or not, but some people have got sigs disabled due to the fact that most sigs contain nothing but an enormous amount of utter crap. 
Why there are two (1.32c+1.32e) executable? This isn't explained anywhere in the docs.

1.32c , 1.32e and or ioq3 are there so client can use what every of the three engines they want . q3e is recommended due to better performance
