Perhaps make a list of players Asp? Then issue the password to those players so the server doesn't become flooded with spectators and players that haven't signed up.

Hoho, You even can't imagine what the spam could be also on plus.cfg. It's sometimes higher then on e5, believe me 
That's why I am really excited to play like this agains 50 enemies on one map
And fragfest on dev.cfg well.... I can't imagine this
