[Fixed] double powerup items

when those two were playing scores on the right down table wasnt updated with player that were loosing, if he shooted enemy his score was not changed, on main scoreboard was fine

Well, that is because you were free-flying. In ffa and tournament you are only supposed to see your score and the top one (or the second in case you are first), not the first and second place. However, now the score will be cleared once you stop following.

Invalid. Ping and packet loss are only calculated differently, in a more realistic way now. There isn't anything we have modified that could make the server to add lag or something. Next one?

one short question then, why servers on same root which are not laggy but for example fragfest server has tons of yellow spikes meanwhile?

Because you were trying to make a fragfest with too many people. This caused the entities to reach the 1024 limit on the server, but even that doesnt cause the lag, just makes entities dissapear. Also asphyx said that his root could only handle 32 clients max.
his root can handle more then 64 clients, fragfest on that root was fine on 1.03, also there where counter strike source servers running in background prolly.
what about beer freezer? same there.
Ground: My root can only handle 32 as maxclients....i can try to make 50 as maxclients and he try to handle that but when all player come and play its to much and my root try to fix the connection, buffering, and hold the space but he cant hold the xp:cfg .... so i speak with my provider he cant fix it about over 32 maxclients....
Also there are several players out there with settings like com_maxfps 125, cl_maxpackets 125, cl_packetdup 5, rate 25000, etc. also that probably sv_fps was 30 on that server, as it is on most server. All those settings which will undoubtedly increase bandwith.

bandwidth aint a problem for bnt root, neither cpu useage and u still didnt answer why it occurs on beer.freeze/aim freeze.

After some extensive profiling i found out that it is indeed a bug (fu skull ) that is increasing significantly the server cpu usage. In the meantime, if the effects are too noticeable you can turn off the xp_improvePrediction server cvar.
