These are Very good free accounts for clans, If I must do that operation then I agree ofcourse, btw I have 128kbps bandwitch only, currently my webspace have about 100mb/500mb with that connection this will be very looong proccess, download newest files from ftp (20kb max) and upload it to new host (12kb max) 
But maybe my friend help me with that, I give to him my old login and pass to old webspace and new login, pass to new webspace to transfer all files with 100mbit connection just in few minutes or seconds

moving web to another server is not jsut bout moving files and/or database's..
after re-uploading content u need to change for example filepermission (unless e+eam decides to use windows OS for running their webserver 
))))
ull also need to edit files with db connection nfo
