simply answer

protocol 66 = pointrelease 1.30
protocol 68 = pointrelease 1.32

so when u have 1.32 install and u wanna join a server in 1.30 it show's u this message error protocol 66

Also you can install a PR switcher so you can swicht to whatever PR you want to play on.
