its just a problem of the map 
surely that happened when u ttried to join a server where a custom map was loaded.

yeh, remove a couple custom maps and try again.

Hehe, thanks for your suggestions, especially reno. Unfortunatly everyone was right except for him. It was indeed a map error, the problem occured when CTF1 was loaded, so the guy who had the problem had to redownload his whole pak0.pk3 and replace it, it solved the problem and he can play CTF1 now too
