You maybe also know that there are 2 more text-styles for ingame-chat, which require a little complicated code:

the code for this is something like [code:1]+i#+f#+m#+m#+p#[/code:1]
pretty complicated to type by hand. I developed a little tool to create this code. You just enter the words in normal letters, press GO and get the altered code.
