I had a talk with some clanleaders and they showed a lot interest in the idea...
so lets see what clans finally are up for it...
then we go and have some fun

League dates:
- sign up until 23.09.2007
- league starts 01.10.2007 // could be changed in order to not overlap with the e5r league

League settings:
- mod E+ 1.03
- config: Excessive5.cfg and e6.cfg
- timelimit 20
- fraglimit 0
- xp_suddendeath 1
- xp_matchmode 1
- friendlyfire OFF
- punkbuster ON
- pure to be voted

Match rules:
- standard players per team: 5
- mimimum allowed players per team: 4 (3 if a clan have serious issues)
- maximum allowed players per team: 7
- there will be 1 game per clan per 2 weeks (clans set up the date on their own)
- 2 clans which will fight each other mustn't pick the same map
- server will be one of the official league servers
- if one clan wants to, then all spectators except one per clan and an admin have to leave
- if a clan doesnt come to the match it recieves a forfeit loss
- if 2 clans cant agree on a match date an admin will find a date for them

Standard Season:
- every clan plays every other clan once
- every clan chooses 1 map out of the mappool and the cfg for their map, tiebraker map/cfg is to be voted
- the clan winning 2 maps won the match
- points:
- win: 3
- 1:2 loss: 1
- 0:2 loss: 0
- forfeit loss: -1

Playoffs:
- 4 highest seeded clans enter the playoffs
- #1 vs #4, #2 vs #3, winner vs winner, loser vs loser (KO system)
- every clan chooses 2 maps out of the mappool and the cfg for their maps, tiebraker map/cfg is to be voted
- the clan winning 3 maps won the match

Other rules:
- just one team per clan can participate
- every clan has to post its memberlist
- a new added member has to wait 1 full round until he is allowed to play, when the last round of the standard season started noone can be added anymore, added members mustnt have played in the league for another clan before
- every clan taking part agrees that all matches are getting ranked
- if a clan recieves more than 1 forfeit loss it will get kicked and placed as last
- every forfeit loss gives -0,5 points in the ranking

this rules are just a first version...
it might change a bit to participating clans needs...
