well with national teams there is no leaders just anyone make their national team if its not made yet and whoever created it can add whoever wants to join. No one should be turned away from their national team because of ability. Just get them running with whoever wants to play then u can decide between all the players in national team who plays.
p.s. nice one doctor & fungt just post here wen ithere done and get them added to the cland.
