why all xyz.excessiveplus.net are locked without a warning?

admins weren't even able to make a last backup....

Webspace will be available soon.

We are moving them to a new server. However the backup and setup takes longer than expected. The server was overloaded with the tons of data.

All webspace are back online on a new host.

Adminpanel has moved to webspace.excessiveplus.net

Also I cant access my ftp, it says that password is wrong, are there new passwords generated, cuz I didnt get any email about it Happy
