with only 2 cfg (rail + gauntlet nothing more)
this same cfg only difference rail cycle fast/slow
with difference rules/official maps

because .....
now railonly have 9 official cfg
in plus site is only one cfg and affter cw nobody cry
cup "railonly" and clans who like old insta
must play on cfg who dont like or must be inactive
cw = 0 pleasure from the game

about ranking...
something is wrong
clans do not want play clan war

i agree with everything their but this, because i only play instagib (alittle bit of plusn) and for me e+ insta is as much about the movement as well as the aim this is why its excessive and not quake live. because you can fly around with your grenade launcher and bfg. without it would not be e+ insta. this may also be why banana related config are alot more popular to the E+ crowd. if you want to remove the speed from insta go to a diffarent mod im sure they will have what your looking for.

so set it up maybe like this.

railslowcycle cfg (no grenade/bfg but with gauntlet)

and

Fastrailcycle cfg (with grenade and bfg with gauntlet)

instead of taking away half of what e+ insta is all about.

ok loss, ping, spikes what ever indicateds the player is lagging. its not up to me to decide this tho in my opinion its the refs so luckily im not a ref

Let me get this straight...You define somebody who is a "lagger" as somebody who gets a ping of 120 or higher? Whereas I define a "lagger" as somebody who's ping is jumping around. Please, get your terms straight. My ping is ~110 on a server like Beer, and it is far more stable than most of the players with a ping of ~50, so, to me, I would say that they are the "laggers".
