well, not a cheat cos all as I see do it.

a cheat is something that only a small group uses to have an advantage

in fact, XP needs a channel if possible do you know someone who can provide it ?

Wanna avoid seeying mow, skull & co Surprise

erm, no.

A cheat is when someone is using external means to gain artificial boost to his own playing abilities. I could google and post a link to some q3 aimbot so everyone can get their hands on it - it would still be a cheat, no?

Maybe talk with someone from KO or DS? Afaik, they have their own TS channels, maybe could lend them to you.. ?

I consider it cheating if you use spectators to help in TS. Only players that are actually playing a CW should use TS otherwise it is cheating in my opinion.

Arrow Version 1.03
In this version you have xp_matchmode, when is set "1" then team can use

/lock [ password ]
Locks your team with a password. If password is omitted your team will be locked with a automatic generated password.
Use /joinword to join a locked team.

You may not spectate a locked team if you do not know the teams password. Spectators may be marked as red or blue spectators.
This command is only available if xp_matchmode is set.

So, after version 1.03 team speaking is not cheat.
