Not hard to recruit good players from other mods 
, only problem in your cfgs

qlinsta.cfg sad that not many clans want to play it, would be nice if some ng clans try it...
bfg-granade.cfg its just another way of playing speed up games wich is also great imo.
i like both the slowgameplay and the fastgameplay, so for us there is np wich to play, sad for other clans is a big problem.
