"could not parse server settings"

anyone know this error message? i cant even change cfg or any else... server restart dont help

any ideas?

When same happened2me i did:
___________________________
1)install 1.03 E+ again
2)if i wanna play 1.04 - dont copy into my e+ folder all the files from the 1.04.rar, but only the zbeta5.pk3

i got it... the server didnt load a cfg after the start... a easy /load excessive5 fixed the problem
