I was messing around in a few .cfgs I found online for my Quake gameplay, and I tweaked around a the commands, but somehow I made onscreen chat turn off, and I was wondering what the command to enable it back on was.

I have to bring up the console just to see when someone says "Good Shot" or something, and it's getting on my nerves, and I've been trying to look up the command for it but no luck.
