I know this has been mentioned before, but would it/is it possible to display the full correct names in the spider? It's a minor issue but would be nice

It has been mentioned many times also denied cuz of limitations of q3 engine that cant send longer info with ex. player name than is it now.

But it would be nice if somehow they could bypass it ^^

The only way to display correct e+ tag names is to share your server rcon to allow e+ spider to use it and display it correctly, personally I would be happy if easy could share that thing so I could implement it on my own spider too, also rcon pwd could be somehow encrypted in db.

a little bit of effort would be required to make this possible. a total overhaul/rethink of how to create/handle displaying names/reading server info.

it's upto the devs to see what their precious time should be concentrated on.

Dunno why u waited so long, to solve this problem. It was in 1.03 for ~5 years maybe...

yeah right now devs are working on the last release of 1.04. I think we should keep it in that way. After theyr job is done there, imo we should give them a break (but not that long putos) and then after holidays start working on the statics and visuals.
