For example if u play fw on server without pw here always comes strange ppl and if teams are locked => they cannot spec. If u will invite them - there is no prove that they wont join team (while fw and being just newbies and having no clue what is fw).

Would be nice to have a command that invites spec to watch but prevent joinung. something like InviteToWatch id

I guess if newbie come on server with fw he will leave fast cause he can't join. But anyway it's true, I also had such situation once (rcon roxx in suxch situation ).
