Status: reproducable.

if you are making fresh install of q3 and then E+ 2.0a over and you decided to take in place previous (1.03) configs including server.cfg so dont forget to comment a string set xp_rotation "rotation.txt" otherwise you will have experiencing the following crash while starting dedicated server:
