CHANGE THE WAY YOU FRAG !!!!

I couldn't play on the server as I am cut off from the internet at my pc , but it's good that new cfgs are introduced in E+.
On the other side there might be a problem with cw cfgs when there are big differences between them. One clan might train for a instagib-rail cfg, the other not quite.
Why not make a official cfg for cws ?

its up to clans to agree on cfgs. worked for drt and )NWC(. two widely different cfgs, yet we gave our best (both teams) to play on them.

but belive me somthing is being cooked atm.

currently , u spawn with 300 HP ( no regen).
rail shot takes 120.
rocket shot takes 180 ( direct hit , and low splash damage).

this to make rocket more effective ,cause harder to hit with rocket 'direct hit' than with rail.
