cant play... V003 only! :(

I don't know what is wrong. Everytime I try to connect to FM servers, it says: "This client is for excessive V003 only! (xp-lite.pk3)".

Sad

I have copied the xp-lite.pk3 to every directory there is... baseq, excessive, excessiveplus, etc... I also installed the "Excessive Plus v1.0rc2a" -file to the excessiveplus -directory.

It just doesn't let me play.

Hello,

there are 2 different versions of XP Lite.

XP Lite 3 (Mr. Pants' Excessive Overkill v003)
XP Lite 4 (Mr. Pants' Excessive Overkill v004)

Looks like you need XP Lite 4. Delete the old xp-lite.pk3's (from all the directorys) and copy the new xp-lite4.pk3 into your "Quake3/Excessive" directory.
