If you dont hold the fire button, all your ammo regenerates right before your weapon can fire again.

So no spam = infinitive ammo. Spam = 1 shot only.

Once you get used to not spamming (ie, letting go of the fire button when you are not actualy shooting Winking ), it is one hell of a system, and personally i would like to see it in plus.

How would you move around with that system in CTF ?

Like i said, you can move arround as much as you want.

As long as you dont hold the mouse button silly.

And since nade movement need that, you simply create a buffer of ammo for the nade moves.

Heres a short demo that will show you how the ammo regenerates just as soon as you need it. As long as you dont spam Winking

EDIT: ignore the rest of the weapon settings, they are for my 1v1 preference, just note the ammo regeneration, and the fact that you cant spam all you want. Smug

Oh, I know, I don't prefer baseq3 switch, I'm just saying that the majority of E+ players don't realize how insanely fast it is in this mod because they've never played baseq3 Big grin If I wanted that kind of switch time I would just play baseq3 all the time and stop playing E+, but they're two different things. I wouldn't wanna kill the mod, I was just pointing out how different it really is...

and on the topic of bro_xp.cfg vs other cfgs, it's one of my favorites. I do support it being released with 1.04 because it's a prominent config in the mod. Big grin

Doesn't mean I don't like plus.cfg and nh.cfg also, I support them being released with the mod also.
