but i still dont understand why there isnt rule about banning for ever all cheaters 
even if he apologize... it means nothing! bcuz he wanted to do that =.= anyway all can be cheaters here 
i can even be in clan with cheaters, so tbh i dont rly care, since its impossible to catch them all.

its true that i had many nicks, but every-single-one was official u never posted about changing ur nick. anyway its my last post in this topic i think i am spending too much time to answering a cheater

you do know well that it's not the same, shadow. he used *his* revealed/well-known nicks, while spencer was *another* identity. you didn't tell anyone spencer's out and you're in using his tag, did you?
there's a ranking rule: using other person's identity is forbidden, but it seems it's no use in this particular case, since you didn't play any ranked games using someone's identity, or did you?
