Avator i can help you out with a some (imo) nice mouse settings.

set m_pitch 0.0011
set m_yaw 0.0011

and then increase you sensitivity with about 1000 ... for example i had 14.25 as sens before now i have 100 i think ... so increase around 100

this will make the mouse movement so much smother, and somehow your aim gets more steady, i have heard that HQ has these settings, and i have to say that they really rock, try it out m8.
