Please tweak the forum so that if any member (not just staff) selects an avatar, the post-based avatar does not appear. Readers can still differentiate between staff and regular members based on the title under our names ("Plus Team" versus anything else). If that is too complicated, I would prefer to not have post-based logos at all then, even if it means a member having no avatar displayed.
