I haven't actually. He was warned. And he was even allowed to apeal the ban right away in a MSN convo with Term. He used that chance to insult Term, Leukothea and me.

No, actually, he used those new accounts to continue spewing insults, and to post a war.
If he just used the account to send a PM or make a post asking for a reason to ban, im pretty sure he would be answered, and his ban would not be prolonged.
Also Term told him why he was banned prior to asc making new accounts all over the place, in the aformentioned MSN convo.
