One thing, how can a mod ban someone?

Moderators cant ban, thats first.

Second, Term already spoke to Ascari, also to me and i spoke to asc in front of term too.

So if asc spoke to term then he doesnt need someone to be his lawyer.

So keep drawing conclusions.

No, i also can not ban people. Only administrators can do that. I am not an admin.

Difference between head moderator and normal moderator is only in title name, and the fact that i can add / remove people from the moderators usergroup.

Rest of difference is purely on the organization basis, not on forum privileges.

So to repeat my answer from before, i did not ban Ascari.

As a sidenote, little bird told me that each new account he makes, prolongs his ban by a week. If i understood it well, his original ban was 3 days or so? Now its up to a month, i think.

No, the ban was for continuously saying profanities on the forum boards (breaking the forum rules).

Nobody cared for his calls to "vote for mods" anyway, because it was offtopic. Ontopic, if someone thinks it should be voted, your contact is easy and term. Send them PMs.
Because it was them who placed moderators on their positions.
