... since i have nothing to pay to lead into legal steps. A simple advice to the police suffices and easy+ must justify himself at least.

Solutions:
- Make shoutbox useable just for forumusers, or
- Make a couple of persons admin of shoutbox, or
- close the freaking shoutbox forever.

I stopped visiting the shoutbox a long, long time ago. Mainly because it was a spammed-to-oblivion clusterfuck filled with 'anonymous' internet warrior-type idiots even back then. If you can't make it clean, throw it the hell out coz in it's current state, it's beyond useless.
