Believe me that did cross my mind before I posted, hence the lack of words, no need to put them down when they tried, I think that kinda goes against what Id want for this place. so please forgive me if it came across wrong. But tbh It almost looks like trolling (especially considering both of those peoples past/reputations), it's unbelievable to me. I cant understand why simply reading before posting should present such a challenge, it doesn't take much effort, Its less than 1 page. You end up looking silly and it frustrates me, so I chose to point it out. Take it as a lesson not a stab.
As for your problem, I wish I could offer some help or a suggestion. Unfortunately I don't know the answer. I had the same in the past where it didn't work and I put it down to my graphics card or drivers and the problem went away when I upgraded . However I can't say this is the answer for sure as there's probably a simpler solution. So good luck.

That's what I have always used, a script to 1 key. Set to a minimized size to my liking with r_mode.
// Maximize-Minimize
set zMini "r_mode 6; r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart; set zMiniMaxi vstr zMaxi"
set zMaxi "r_mode -1; r_fullscreen 1; vid_restart; set zMiniMaxi vstr zMini"
set zMiniMaxi "vstr zMini"
bind PAUSE "vstr zMiniMaxi"

Already tried to go from window to fullscreen? (other way round?)
same question here since 4 years about but from q3 to windows, cause wen the q3 window is reduced from full screen i cant skip the mouse on desktop 
Alt+Enter used in past i think but i cant control that for now.

Not sure if I understood you correctly, but when you reduce from fullscreen mode to windowed mode you just open the console and that's the moment you skip the mouse to the desktop or any other window.
What you mean by saying you can't control alt+enter now? Try to do the following binds, by pressing O you minimize q3 window and by pressing P you return to fullscreen mode:
\bind o "r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart"
\bind p "r_fullscreen 1; vid_restart"

Alright, please lock this thread, problem isn't quite solved but it's has a great alternative now and this thread is heading nowhere as I look on the recent posts.
Alt+enter still isn't working but thanks to Jeffrey's it's been bound to other keys;
\bind o "r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart"
\bind p "r_fullscreen 1; vid_restart"
I must admit this is working even better than pressing alt+enter.
