Why r the most server without pb?When pb is on server then i gives np with cheaters..........ornot :

if u would read carefully the forum, u would know, why pb is off on most servers. and just as little info, pb really don't catch all cheats. out there, there are a lot of by pb undetected cheats. i am a bit sad about people who have just a half-knowledge about punkbuster and do posts about it, as it would be the most naturally thing of the world to use pb.

Short summary about PB.
- PB keeps server unbusy
- PB do not everybody autoupdate
- PB lags a long time before u can play lag-free (2-8 minutes)
- Nubs don't wanna invest time, to organise their pb, (problems with cd-key
and different settings by players) to play a half hour Q3.
- U can't have all the time people on server, who telling nubs
why they get forced to spectate (nubs leaving server cause of that)

Short story, EN Server are busy server, we turned pb on for 2 weeks, in this 2 weeks, no EN server was just a 1/100 busy as before. Me, personally, as Serverowner, i am not interested to pay for empty server, how libaral the pb-settings (serverside) can be, it keeps server unbusy.

So, x+ has some pb servers, which are busy "sometimes", so, imagine, how empty the servers would be, if more would run pb.

PB ittself, on or off, it's a interests-conflict.
