i see and agree, just disagree with some of the methods, and guess some conclusions which seemed not wery reasonable to me. I stressed the fact that the evidence is there and valid, just as much as it's not concrete. Does it look suspicious? Hell yes. But instead of throwing all sorts of multi-coloured KARTES at him, next logical step should be establishing how much of a noob he really is (if at all that is ), and check what he plays like in other quake3 and excessive-based games to really see how much of a noob he is, as well as actually checking up his history and track record, and then, based on what has been seen throughout, as well as his co-operation in the whole process, THEn establish the right course of action.

Yes i would. If you notice latest Nations Cup discussions, i have been somewhat sceptical towards that player. What he is or what he was is irrelevant, and as you notice, both me and people from my IRC channel share a similar opinion of "LOLCARE"... it's his choice to start as a different player, so (i know it's weird to hear some sort of ethics-related shit from me), but he chose to start again with different nick and it's his choice to not be associated with "HQ" anymore and i respect that. As opposed to respecting the player behind the "DS" thing. Fair enough, he plays good, but sources who were close to him say he changed. I never actually was close to him, but obviously the sort of on-cw happy exchanges with Flex and Trance show, he's a wery nice men

As said above, doesnt matter anymore. Any "conflicting parties" seem to have stopped caring (except for skull who is pro-edawn, but comes here on a regular basis anyway), so hopefully there will be some sort of merge in future.

Oh well. Was a spur of the moment thing, and seemed fun at the time. Someone who did not agree had the pleasure of telling us how retarded we look/act. Which was fine too. Freedom of expressing one's opinions, with every1 happy in the process in some way or form.

Anyways, i'm still not convinced. Shit happens. As was said, if you dig into anyone's demo hard enough, you'll find cheat-alike stuff in each and every one of them. The strongest claim seems to be he just doesn't have it in him to play this good, and this would be a strong argument, except this mod tends to erase the skill difference at times. Hell, i outscored and outaimed (in pure %'s) Harding a few (very few) times, and i'm pretty much a mediocre, if even that, player. This doesn't mean anything.

This isn't as strong as the evidence piled against Faceless Wrath, Dis, 5150 or Fairy, in my humble opinion. I realize you might want him to be a cheater, simply because, 1) you don't like him 2) he cheated before 3) his gameplay is dodgy and suspicious. But, again in my humble opinion, what was presented here, simply isn't enough to put him on the next train to ban city.

At any rate, if he really still does cheat, he'll slip and do something obvious sooner or later. They all do (but not everyone gets find out, hi you-know-who).

I'm not that bored.
