I am not sure if I understood rule about "post new clan member here" good, but if that is true (kinda weird but OK) I need to post that since last night Y@sh! is part of sNeAkY bastards. One more question - I don't see in rules that new players need to wait one round, so does he need to wait. Anyway he joined in same day as cup started...

You can see that rule in section * REFEREE RULES on the first page.
* If a Clan recruits player during the Cup. The player is not able to play for the next 1 match.
