seriusly, its much to low qualy to find out by myself.
lets have a look how the human eye works:
the human sees something -> the brain goes check how it looks -> the brain goes check its memorie what it already seen -> the brain recognices, 2 dark shadowed holes like eyes and a nose like thing -> the brain things its kinda human.
if they wouldnt have lined it and gave the whole thing a edge, u wouldnt even recognize it.
seriusly, if any1 is frightened about the devil, become evil and u wont be anymore!

as far as the document says the goverment was behind it.
