I wonder if anyone got same low performance on their PCs but can play very good

I start having problems at 90 FPS. No clue how you even begin to play at 40! Shock

When i go over to england i play on a crappy laptop @ 512*380 @ 25fps not even fullscreen... F. Off ping tho
Just have to get used to it.
