isn't it the time for 16 players ? as far as i know all the people who registered for all the FUCK's cups were there at the time.No problem with organisation, all went smooth and silky. i think there are 16 people available(and serious) for this kind of cup.
just a sugestion.

Ultima and stqrm, you CAN'T play this edition of the cup, since you didn't finish top three the last one(vol.3). Also those who applied BEFORE Narcyz lost their place, since narcyz is automatically invited. Also, if ZONT applies, the last one from the list will go to subs automatically. Check the first post to see whether you are a regular or a sub. But subs, don't worry, you will most probably play, since in every edition of the cup, first 3/4 subs played
