Shoutbox WTF?

hum why i can't post anything on shoutbox i can't see box to write message the thing i see on the bottom is something that says Don't Spam? instead box to write message wtf?

Thats because admins added anti spam filter to the shoutbox

You can post max 2 messages per 1 page, when your post fade off from the page you can post again
