Could someone explain me how the referee commands work and how to setup the referee things server-side?

i just buid a new clan and i just want to know if there is someone who is able to help us getting a clanserver to play cw´s, train and so on.

2. A screenshot showing him being kicked by Punkbuster
3. Bans.txt excerpt with the bad guys details
Do not post in this thread if you only have a hunch about someone being a cheater.
However obvious it may be for you, you still need proof.
