agree, with 24" i feel like gotta move my eyes too much left n right, that makes u waste time and be slower. best monitor i had was an old crt 19", around 60-70 hz. would be nice if existed a 19/20" 144hz lcd with full HD resolution, crt for how nice they are , they're too fuckin big, i recently bought some nice crt that i overclocked to 120hz...tested and back to closet, its enormous and heavy as hell..

no need to lie to us fapio... just admit that you dug it out from the local junkyard, which is typical for italian cygans, and we know that you are a representative of such kind Winking

Re: your best monitor?

My actual monitor is a Dell P1130 21" viewable 19,7" max res. 1800x1440@85Hz, usual mode: 1024x768@ 100-150Hz, desktop 1280x1024@100Hz (it supports 100Hz till resolution 1600x1200).
This monitor has anti-glare mask, provided with Trinitron flatscreen, Dyna-flat (pow. by Sony) technology which means zero input lag and that will be done with unbuffered rendering method!
I love this monitor, it has a perfect in-depth and angle, true its only 4:3 but still can customize with a dozen of resolution modes and ratio (16:10, 16:9, 5:4: 5:3 etc) mods..:

Also I had this one also which has almost the same features with different design and implements of building up Samsung's own technology improvements (for the same Dyn-Flat based build), such as TrueLight Zone 3 and higher Hz capabilty than Dell's (at 1024x768@160Hz was supported and it had up to 200Hz at 800x600), but that had buffered rendering which made better contrast and better colours but it produced embarassing negative/positive accel to directinput, depending on actual settings and pinging of servers played on:

And had this for a long time, the 2ms gtg TFT TN+F panel had too much troubles with insight angles and red-colour contrast wasn't perfect tbh with that but with high DPI on mouse could ease and help the max 75Hz occured blurring and "hollow" frame rendering:

I played also fps games on wide TFT, but still have a comfort the must to watch a screen which has a refresh 120Hz at least... So i would offer that ones, it's an afford for its price I think, for low cost go cigane mode and get a crt from the closest cockroach or 2nd hand markets, but telling the truth should keep line with modern technics and earn a lot of place on Your desk, TFT design more fancy just keep ms low and Hz high if man looking for a TFT one Tongue

I would also recommend the 2nd one which is a Samsung Syncmaster 1100DF type, also the 1100MB and also possibly the most rare one within it's variety the 1200NF.

Btw that buffered rendering method make effect to directinput as input lag on screen which does negaitve/positive accel, what's got no need at all, but already heard from some players that only the Samsung series could they perform amongst the Trinitron Flatscreen bulid monitors and experience the best, to playing with..!

Also its place to mean the NEC, SONY, Belinea, Viewsonic, Philips CRTs from its variety which I could test and also had luck to behave a Panasonic Panasync s110i which was a dream to rock with but sorrowly burned down somehow crashed during "Degauss"ing the screen in the Monitors Menu Rock on!

Good luck with finding Winking
