XP Qname: File not found

Hi good morning everyone! Wave
I have a problem with XP Qname tool.When i'm trying to open it, it gave me an pop up with a error message and i have the latest JAVA version.
And i have also followed this thread:
http://www.excessiveplus.net/forums/thread/xp-qname-2-0 but nothing helped.

I made an screenshot of this message, it said File not found

I hope that someone can help me to fix this problem.

you need to have these files in your normal E+ folder

Geen probleem, next time search on forum because this is already the so much topic about this "problem"

OR ( admins ) make this 1 sticky so people can download the files needed...
