there is something wrong with panel admin. on this panel i turned on pb. today we had the same problem, there was pb on but on server i saw that it iwasnt. so u see it was mistake:P

As I explained earlier on cw betwen UO and .....dont remember Happy
That panel is bugged in that way, so u must turn ON pb manually each time.

I will trace that little cheater right now :twisted:
