Wrong Protocol??

Hi,
Just installed this excessive mod and each time I try to connect to an excessive server it says I am using Protocol 68 and I need Protocol 71?
Whats it telling me?

are u useing actual version of q3? 1.32b, 1.32c? ioq3?
