Since I was away and dont know so much what happened I dont really want to coment it, but there is some rules. I just copy a piece of the WC rules:
"...delegated referee will be on server wich is fixed for that match and wait 15 min. If both teams show up with minimum 3 players, match will be played. If one team show up with 3 players minimum and other not show, first team score 3:0."

even if est was late, hun waited them (nicely), EST came and the match started, so that's not the real problem isn't it ?

in my opinion it should have a rematch, only because i know how distracting it is not knowing who is frozen and who is not......
and a map rotation to 17++ ...well come on how many people have that map? not a huge number

OK, Yuriko from EST said me few days ago that "You have no chance to win against EST", so whats the problem about replay? HUN team had practice a lot before the match (the whole Saturday evening) and we played well. Dont think so that we have no chance. Some ppl agreed in this topic that the 30 min delay should be frustrating, the suddenly loaded NON STANDARD (need quote from rules again?) map also. I cant understand how KO's server was so buggy... So play again on normal server, I suggest (old) Mr. Clanserver. I guess we all have nice ping there... But if you dont want to replay for rank, then replay for fun. Please. Thats all.

To play freeze on KO server u need to exec ko.tag.cfg
Why?
I made for KO for each game type a own config, so that they don’t have to do all in console. All gametypeconfigs have a bigger number of private slots, expecting freeze config. The reason is simple, xp has a bug in regard to the number of private slots to scoreboard, if the number is to high, u don’t c people frozen, simple as that.
To use KO Server as war server for freeze, u need a ko-member with rcon for it. Simple as that.
2nd thing is, haven’t u guys read, that u r just allowed to play standard maps? I wonder for what the rules are, if nobody reads it.
Anyway, I will set up today a new server (on the same root server as the EN-Servers or 2!S Freeze Server, there we have basically no ping-issues). This Server is supposed to be mainly for Nation-Cup and secondary for clan wars.
I will give rena the rcon and pw for it, and he will be responsible for that (he can share it with other referees and clanleaders).
I also suggest seal and casa (and leet if he is still around) to make 1. Also a server for the East-Europe gamers from ISR would be cool.

deer HUN players, there are none deferences betwen ko and 2sweet servers cuz server on witch u played are hosted by 2sweet.mowly, and on servers are configs who has madet 2sweet.mowly by thier own heands as thier are on rest 2sweet servers. Only the map rotation and pb 1 pure 1 are mine sugestion
the bug with frozen players notification hapening on all servers and config of the server has anything to do with it

shure u can win by wo couse of that reason, but HUN showed real sportmanship and fair play an they were w8 bit longer for them, and after played games if u requesting wo due to the HUN lose what im can say about it?

as u propably noticed Mow. ko got an server from isr also, and rena has there referee password and he is able to use it as a server for wc games

i don't understand what the f.....ing your problems! What do you want? Rematch? I said NO. From Estonian team said yes - Gasp. WC played and this all. Why you don't say about your problems earlier?

Id like to just mention a few things.
1. You waited, therefore you agreed.
2. As soon as problems started you should have all gone to spec until the problem is solved. If you failed to do so, there were no problems.
3. There should be no rematch, because if you are allowed a rematch, then EVERYONE will want a rematch.
As soon as one team is allowed a rematch, the rules become that all can request one. Soon people will be asking rematch for anything, because, frankly they will have a right to do so.
So no rematch. For anything. Check other sports. Even if in football 2 main players break their foot, or other teams supporters start throwing in stuff in the field and the game is paused until it is cleaned, theres no rematch.
Other thing is if the game is not played at all.
I hope you realize that if you do get a rematch, everyone can simply stop playing this cup. It will turn into laming flaming crap.

The real problem is that we lost our concentration because of the delay of 30 min and the additional 15 (minimum) minutes was that little thing that made us ask for remach.
In case we get the remach we gladly accept it.
If we dont get the opportunity to play the remach, then follow the rules and let us have the 3:0 vitory if the referees want that...
