What I know so no, it's not just only finnish players.

yep Absolut seems to be behind their sponsoring. So i guess as long as they are associated with that guy, they won't be accepted into clan ranking.

A cheater in the team/clan? Well, people don't see that they are cheating or something sometimes. They just thinks that they are good etc.

@ Korgath: this guy was/is like the #1 public enemy in this community. He used to crash servers, fake players, tags, cheat, fakenick in 100 clans, and what am i forgetting here...
