on many serwer i got loss 3%
and i am play connected on cable not on wifi

Fala the problem is with Level3 and your ISP
I have had this issue with GameServer before
The problem normally clears in 2 or 3 days
There is another issue going on aswell here in this post http://www.excessiveplus.net/forums/thread/high-ping-100ms-130ms-since-few-days

its not like its only matter of the mentored hop, btw. its outside of the poland so i can't really do much about it, but the server lags from couple of days kinda bad regardless out of trt

the server isnt lagging , mine and others are fine
as i said its an issue with level3 and your isp
Once level3 hopped me over to a few cities in the usa , b4 going back to the server in London , after 2 days it was fine again

well the last time i have been on the server, all ppl pings was jumping like crazy so its rather server related or all that guys go trough the same hoop?
and trust me i know when its hoop related and when its my connection related and when all ppl on server do lag i can't say nothing else that this is server related, i already have ponied out the lags happened regardless the routing and i can bet many other players can confirm that when the server is crowded it lags everyone, at least it did week ago

it does lag, on the weekends i had no ping response time to time from the server (via qtracker), while all the rest servers had normal pings etc.
