Jokes aside (ye skull youre a joke)// I still remember before i joined the onlyrail clan 3M or any other name it had that cant remember well, at the testing tryouts , they tested me in a 1vs1 with Probably the best player they had and the best player at that moment ,i joined 3M because i dont simply won, also kicked the butt of him in that 1vs1, also rmeember that one of my shots were in dm17, and did an impossible shot/kill that was similar to aimbot. Few months later Blade got caught cheating. Guess how good i was

I can't remember properly why I stopped playing, I do remember though, things got a little boring with people only ever wanting to play on dm17 or freeze.I got heavily into TF2, did a bit of comp, gained a few medals from UGC and ETF2L leagues, have about 5,000 hrs on that, but that has also evolved into people wanting to play the same maps over and over, so on a break from that now.
I think I'm getting to old to be bothered with it all anymore, I'm 52 next month and have been gaming since I was a kid, for 40+ years I played arcades, atari, vectrex, zx81, commodore, spectrum, Nintendo, snes, game cube, playstation, xbox, sega, omega, game gear, psp, gameboy, but nothing will ever be as fun and exciting as Q3 E+ was back in the day.

Aw goddamn, i cant agree more with you. Ive been playing few games last years but nothing like E+, i think the gamemode was fun but the community and the events maker made it more fun, also clans like SWE and KO, made me believe that i could defend myself of their gaming. Gg!

hell yeah. we had a great community here. But how you wrote, the game became boring after some time (years). Its hard to play still the same maps and gametypes for a lot of years. And its probably the true reason, why e+ died. People just needed the change. Someone felt too old for playing games, someone tried something different, someone found better hobby. But we all simply needed the change.

Just got bored of no more PlusN cfg servers available. E5R was also fun, but no PlusN was a no go for me. All types of morphed CFGs appeared that I'm really not understanding. That was my main reason for leaving. Also, I don't know if beer freezer is still up, but that was the best server for me.

How I loved those times when we gathered on the server for 15-20 people, joined teamspeak and trained new maps in CTF. I spent hours and days to study each map and find any notch on the wall to make a cool move. It was also funny when other players came to our server to watch how we (ctf offensive) learn the map and we always stopped doing this and drove everyone away

Community just die and e+ too.
