Mucus
absolutely nothing wrong with it. it is a natural source of little energy because it contains concentrated sugars, water content and additives. So, if there is a problem with me eating my own mucus then the whole world is in a problem with eating fast food, as both characteristics are identical - except you cannot put on weight from mucus.
MOST find it disgusting, but i find it very intelligent that my own body can provide a free source of energy that doesnt harm my body at all
and i will continue it (in private ofc
