I'm more like a trancecore/post-hardcore fan, but I like metalcore, deathcore, gothic metal, industrial metal and of course, rock... Fav. band: FAIL EMOTIONS! *-* \m/ These guys are awesome. :3 And one important thing, that I listen usually those kind of bands, which aren't so popular... But here's some songs. Happy

Mmm.. What a thread Happy mb i ll get some tips bcoz im looking for new bands to listen and probably i will find some1 with same taste.
I like progressive music. (since im playing in band progressive im listning prog)
so here we go.
if we talk about 70-80 then i should say about:
Pink Floyd - hell yeah 1 of the best of all times!
King Crimson - same feeling.
Cardiacs - 1 of the most crazy and underestimated band! crazy melodic part crazy measures etc! Happy
jean michael jarre (not sure about spelling) - very nice sound.

if we talk about modern music i should point out few bands.
Porcupine tree (and steven wilson himself) - great band, and i think 1 of the best musician these days.
Tool -no comments ^^ awesome and braindamage.
Spock's Beard - nice positive band with very good musicians.
Opeth - do not really like growl vocal but this band is aweosme for sure!
Pain Of Salvation - svenska progmetal with very talanted leader.

I also like classic music. 1 of my fav is Shostakovich.
