im a newbee and cant config weapon speed. When i start a server all of my weapons fire extremely fast plz hlp.

To any folder you want. But you need to have .NET Framework 1.1 installed for the editor to run If you have Windows XP you allready have .Net Framework 1.0 - you only need to update it to version 1.1 --> download it from MS site.

Stollo, just one minor point. His system may be XP Gold (Original XP no Service Packs, perhaps even no hotfixes). In which case, he doesn't have .NET at all not even 1.0.

If you bang your head against a wall and hear a hollow sound, it may not have come from the wall.
