Server reserved for 31.3., 3.4.

I am not sure when will we need the server, taking in consideration the CTF Madness cup is still now over and the IU Freeze League starting.

I apologize in advance if I will have to say no to someones request for this server. Basically, every Wednesday and Sunday is taken by 2!S.
