Very Confused

I use to run a XP server a while back called HabitualMadness. Well we were trying to set up the new XP and I guess Im just stupid or something but I cant get it to work from a bat file. The server will run,but when you join I have no weapons,and maps are not right either.. Can anyone PLEASE help... Thanks..

besides the cfg for the server you also need a couple of more cfgs, usualy located in excessiveplus/cfg
specificaly one for weapon setup, one for map rotation
i think theres one more
